• provides educational information about the birth process

• offered emotional and physical support before, during and after labor

• facilitate effective & positive communication

• protect and nurture the memory of your birth experience

• help you create your ideal birth plan

• nursing support

Birth Doula Services Include…

• Two Prenatal visits (does not include any medical care)

• One Postpartum visit

• Unlimited calls/texts

• Access to my lending library of pregnancy, birth and nursing books

Birth Doula Services DO NOT Include…

• Medical Care of any kind

• Postpartum Doula Services (I do offer this on a limited bases please call our office to inquire)
